Les 100 ans du funiculaire de Ligerz (photo Heinz Stoll) Le 8 juin 2012, le funiculaire de Ligerz fêtait ses 100 ans et pour cette occasion il arborait une nouvelle livrée représentant Asmo, un monstre mi-poisson mi-dinosaure sorti à la fois du fin fond de la préhistoire et du lac de Bienne.

On 8 June 2012, the funicular Ligerz celebrated its 100th anniversary and for the occasion he wore a new livery representing Asmo, a monster half-fish, half-dinosaur out both the depths of prehistory and Lake Biel.

La future gare basse de Schlattli sera construite à l’emplacement de l’actuel parking situé en amont de l’actuelle gare de Schlattli.
The future Schlattli bottom station will be built on this parking which is located at some hundred meters from the actual bottom station.Parking de Schlattli

Stoos – Green light for the new funicular
On 7 September 2012, Stoosbahnen AG has received the green light from the Federal Office of Transport (FOT) to be allowed to start work on the new funicular of Stoos which should be opened in December 2014.
Saturday 22 September 2012 at 14:45 is organized a ceremony to celebrate the start of work. It will take place in Stoos, at the location of the future tunnel near the current swimming pool.

Le 7 septembre 2012, Stoosbahnen AG a reçu le feu vert, de l’Office Fédéral des Transport (OFT), pour pouvoir commencer les travaux du nouveau funiculaire de Stoos qui devrait être mis en service en décembre 2014.
Le samedi 22 septembre 2012 à 14 :45 est prévue une cérémonie pour fêter le début des travaux. Elle aura lieu à Stoos, à l’endroit où sera percé le futur tunnel près de l’actuelle piscine.
