Une voiture du Stanserhorn-Bahn à la sortie Stans-Nord de l’autoroute A2

Depuis le vendredi 20 mars 2009 , il y a une voiture du funiculaire Stanserhorn-Bahn en plein milieu d’un rond point à la sortie Stans Nord de l’autoroute A2 (canton de Nidwald, Suisse)!
En fait il s’agit d’une réplique d’une des deux anciennes voitures de la deuxième section Kälti-Blumatt.
Elle a été installée just avant le début de la 117ème saison et dans un endroit stratégique. Les véhicules qui sortent de l’autoroute à Stans Nord sont obligés de tourner autour de la voiture. Désormais il sera impossible de passer à Stans sans penser au funiculaire!
La réplique a été construite dans les ateliers Keiser à Stans. Elle a nécessité 50 heures d’études et 300 heures de construition. Elle mesure 2 mètres de large pour deux mètres de haut et 9 mètres de long.

A carriage of the Stanserhorn-Bahn at the Stans-North exit of the A2 Highway

Since Friday, March 20 2009, there is a carriage of the Stanserhorn-Bahn funicular in the middle of a turnabout at the Stans-North exit of the A2 Highway (canton of Nidwald, Switzerland).
In fact, it is a replica of an old carriage of the second section Kälti-Blumatt.
It was installed just before the beginning of the 117 th season at a strategic place.  At this exit of the highway, the cars must turn around the carriage. From now it is impossible to go to Stans without thinking to the funicular!
The replica was built by Keiser at Stans. 50 hours of study and 300 hours of workshop were necessary to built the replica. The carriage is 2 meters width, 2 meters high and a 9 meters length.
