Thank you, that was very interesting. Is my memory faulty, or is it unusual to hear a funicular operator blowing the horn? Do they have people or animals getting on the tracks? I was glad to see the lion dancers on the new story. Always good to have them at openings. I see them often in San Francisco.

Yes it is very unusual and I did not hear such horn before.
