Leisee Shuttle, Sunnegga (Zermatt)

Wolli, c’est la mascotte de Zermatt. C’est un petit mouton inspiré de la race ovine locale, le Nez Noir du Valais. Il a son parc, le ” Wolli beginners Park Leisee” qui est réservé aux skieurs débutants.
Pour se rendre au parc de Wolli il faut prendre le funiculaire souterrain Sunnegga Express qui mène à Sunnegga. A la station supérieure du funiculaire il faut prendre alors un tunnel qui mène directement à deux ascenseurs inclinés qui vous descendront dans le parc de Wolli situé juste à côté du petit lac Leisee.
Ces deux ascenseurs inclinés sont deux funiculaires monocabines indépendants: le Leisee Shuttle.
Le Leisee Shuttle a été construit en 2008 par BMF (Bartholet Maschinenbau AG). Chaque cabine peut transporter 8 personnes.

Wolli, it’s the Zermatt’s mascot. It is a little sheep which was inspired by the local sheep breed Blacknose from Wallis. Wolli has its park, ” Wolli beginners Park Leisee”, which is devoted to beginner skiers.
To go to Wolli Park, you must take the Sunnegga Express, the underground funicular, up to Sunnegga. At the top station, pass thru a small tunnel which leads to two inclined lifts. These two inclined lifts are two independant monobabin funiculars: the Leisee Shuttle.
The Leisee Shuttle was built in 2008 by BMF (Bartholet Maschinenbau AG). Each cabin can contain 8 passengers.
