Yes of course it is an artificial lake with a dam in the background of the photo… but there is no funicular in this dam and this is not the reason why I put that photo in Funimag…
The rock formation in the background looks a bit like the rock-walls of St. Hilaire Touvet. Maybe the same ridge, lower parts?
Ça ressemble au massif du Jura, d’un côté ou de l’autre de la frontière. Je dirais plutôt Suisse mais juste au feeling.
Pourquoi la photo, j’ai remarqué une sorte de tranchée dans les arbres sur la montagne au fond, mais comme la question porte sur le lac je pense que ça n’a rien à voir!

Un pont franchira le lac juste au centre de la photo avant d’attaquer la falaise qui se trouve à gauche en dehors de la photo.
