July 6th, 2009 the old cars of the Bienne – Evikard funicular have been removed and bluntly sent to be scrapped!

Les nouvelles voitures ont Ă©tĂ© installĂ©es aujourd’hui mĂŞme en remplacement des anciennes!
Today, the two new cars have been installed at the place of the old ones!

WOW! I remember using the funiculaire in my youth, coming back from school. Now I live about 6000 miles away and my youth looks surreal…
