The Track

The one track line is strictly straight with a length of 1000 meters. It uses the steepest profile of the slope.

The first half of the line runs across meadows with a small gradient of 15 % and progressively the gradient increases until the line reaches the border of the gorge. At this point, the track really falls into the gorge with a 100 % gradient! This is the most impressive part of the line.

Note that all along the track are neon lightings.

Have a free ride of the steepest incline of Switzerland!!!...

The point where the track falls into the gorge with a 100 % gradient slope.

The lower station near the Doubs river.

Note the tight cable and the gradient which is around 80 % at the bottom station.
